Timothy Utton

Pastor

Pastor Timothy Utton brings with him over 15 years of ministry experience serving as Assistant Pastor, Sole Pastor, Church Planter, and Interim Pastor in the Hampton Roads Area.
Pastor Utton received his Bachelor of Arts in Music at Gordon College in Wenham, MA in 1994. Prior to graduating from Concordia Seminary in Saint Louis, MO in 2002, Utton worked in Educational Technology in 1998.
Pastor Utton loves music, technology, and is involved  in the Makerspace Community. His ministry specialties include evangelism, creatively communicating the Bible, children’s worship, and chapel programs.

Ms. Loria Santiful

Greetings and many Blessings,

My name is Loria Santiful and I am the Director at Emmanuel Lutheran CDC. I come to Emmanuel Lutheran with over 8 years in the Early Childhood Education field. 

Prior to pursuing my career in Early Childhood Education, I served 4 years in the U.S. Army. After life in the Army, I began pursuing Early Childhood Education and received a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education Administration as well as a Master’s in Teaching and Learning Technology.

I began my ECE career in a Christian Childcare Center, however I transitioned to the corporate Preschool setting after relocating from Dallas, TX to Virginia where I learned many useful tools for effectively managing a Preschool. After almost 3 years in the corporate Preschool setting, I am blessed to now be serving again in a Christian environment. 

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and 3 children as well as our nearby extended family members!

My name is Peggy Rodriquez and I am honored to call myself the Assistant Director of Emmanuel Lutheran CDC.
I come to Emmanuel Lutheran with over 13 years in Early Childhood Education. Prior to my joyous arrival to become a part of the Emmanuel family, I spent my time working for corporate Preschool. I also received my Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education and Development and I am now pursuing my Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education Leadership with emphasis on child Development. 
I am Blessed and honored to have the opportunity to serve the families, children and staff of Emmanuel Lutheran CDC!
